I have just recorded 2 songs of Abdel Wahab on oud:

PS: I've been searchig all my life for a music sheet of the first song (ya msafer wahdak). I really love this song and I'm dying to learn it on my 3oud. Doesn't anybody have it?

How do you tuning your oud? I like to tuning mine like yours in Enta Omri to learn it...

Mostly, I tune the oud F,A,D,G,C, (F; 6th. string).

Dear all,

Just recorded the intro of Nahr Khaled of Abdel Wahab. Man, each time I play a song of Abdel Wahab, I come to realize more and more how genius...gifted.....talented this great great composer was !.

Hi all,

Here is my new clip for an Abdel Wahab song. First an oud imprpvisation in played (in the intro; resemble the oud style played during the "Jadal Oud Concert" by Marcel Khalifih/Sherbil Rohana; Hijaz Kar Kord musical scale......with some Spanish flavor ;) ). Then, briefly and a bit differently (slower pace), the lovely song of Abdel Wahab is played.

Thank you very much Oud.Proff. Yr playing is very relaxing looking at, you have rendered a big and hard work very relaxing to look at......
Sorry i did not have the time to express my gratitudes for yr kind work.

Did you already played MAB "bint bladi" ? I tried to search for it in yr youtube channel, but i could not cut a video once started, so i did not have time to look all of them, at the moment. Can you help me and advise the link, in case you already posted this song?
