Great sound Bassel, and great playing. From the photos, the light wood on the bowl looks like oak (chene) rather than maple (erable) but I'm not sure. The dark wood looks like walnut (noyer).

Dave, I have an oud made from wengy, (sp?) and it looks almost identical to the dark wood used in the bowel.
