Oregon Oud for Sale
This is Oud No. 1, made in 2008. Bowl and neck are of local 50+ year-old Walnut and Ash, with Cherry diamond inlays. Soundboard is reclaimed cedar,
60+ years old. Pegbox is walnut bound with cherry, purpleheart diamond, and the pegs are ebony 4/4 violin pegs. Sound is tight and refined- nice big
bass and clear treble. The midrange is more subdued. I am asking $600; I love this Oud but I am moving soon and have to clear out some instruments!

I should add that the 1/4" jack shown in the "bottom" photo has been removed and covered with matching veneer. It would be easy to add a pickup jack
in that spot.

Wow! Beautiful oud! Is JBH guitars your company? I would consider buying it except I just bought one of the $500 ouds posted by Mike (and can't wait
to play it!). I especially love the Rosette on your oud though!! It has a very nice sound as well. If you indeed are a luthier, I would consider
buying my second oud from you down the line, as I know I will eventually want one with a pickup.

yes, it is still available! I am reshaping the nut so the action is quite a bit lower.
