Since 2007 Muslim Aid Institute of Technology (MAIT) Jessore has been working in providing skills training for unemployed youth on different trades such as Computer, Electrical, Driving, Mobile Servicing, Tailoring, Engine mechanics and welding to reduce unemployment and poverty . 3000 unemployed youth received skills training from MAIT Jessore on different trades and 300 are still receiving training. More than 1000 graduate got employment opportunities since 2007.
