Hello.
I play the Arabic Oud, my teacher is from Cairo, i am a New Zealander who loves Middle Eastern music and culture, and i am researching Middle Eastern
Classical Music at university.
I have composed two pieces in Zanjaran Maqam, as i couldn't find any pieces in this Maqam, but i really like it. I have composed a "Samai", and a
"Longa". I can post the music if anyone is interested? Does anyone know what this Maqam is in Turkish?

Samai and Longa Zanjaran.
Samai modulates to Tarzanayun.
Longa modulates to tarzanayun, Nahawand and Nahawand Murassah.
