Which kind of wood the bowl is made from?
I am just guessing, From the way it looks, i dont like it. Personally, i would not pay that much for it. But still i need to hear the sound of it.

The oud looks fine to me. And Cengiz Sarikus is an excellent turkish oud maker!!
I don't really know what Dubai224 is basing his opinion on!
It would be nice if you can tell us Dubai224!?
But of course, it is important to hear the sound before buying it (more pictures would help too).

Dear Friends,
I have been surprised to see a pic of my Sarikus oud here. No problem. As I play mostly others ouds from Syria and Morocco, I thought that my little
turkish marvel could be suitable for someone looking for a good instrument in France where I published an add with this pic.
But it has interested none, at an affordable price that I was even disposed to low down. So I changed my add and I put a higher price (300 USD more)
because one has to know what he is buying.
The third step has been today. I took off my add.
No more comment, except for Luttgtt: Luttgut, my friend, you will receive soon 5 or 6 pics of my Sarikus.

It's shape looks like A Manol and as I know from my experiences about Cengiz the price is suitable for France.
