I've read several times here that he does not ship to the US. Your best bet is to have him ship to someone in another locale who would then ship it to
you.

I far as I know (and I am pretty sure) he does not ship anywhere outside Syria 
p.s. What kind of oud did you order, if I may ask?

I am ordering an Iranian style Oud (Barbat) That he lately started to make them.
