This is a bit off topic but I'm sure everyone on this oud construction forum appreciates nice woodworking 
There was recently an auction sale of fine antique Syrian furniture in Paris. No wonder that some ancient masters where also involved in cabinet
making.... not forgetting our very own Jameel Khalaf !
