Hello all- I could use a few suggestions for Iranian/Persian songs to play for oud and female vocal as part of an upcoming evening of Persian poetry.
A poem by Rumi arranged for oud/vocal would be good to include. Need about 3 - 4 songs and so anything you can suggest with links to sheet music
and/or youtube clips to get an idea of presentation would be helpful. Thanks in advance, Matthew

search for Googoosh for contemporary songs, Parisa and Marzeh for traditional, and Hayedeh for the best!
