In my experience it's typically 50-75 percent of the original price, taking into account the condition, rarity, and demand for the given item. In this particular case I can't comment as I don't know enough about the surrounding market.

Edit: specs would also help you out to the extent that you have them.

I think the price from Fawzy is around $1400 US for a new oud. OudDude, do you intend to post a sound clip?
