Hello
Playing Sama'i with a rythm section from a recorded loop really hepls a lot
does anyone has a loop for Dulab and bachraf ?
Or even better is it possible to isolate the rythm section from a musical piece and how?
Thanks in advance

Doulab and Bashraf are musical forms, not specific rhythms, so it would depend on what piece you were playing.
You can use a number of programs to make loops. Garageband is not bad. There is also Audacity.
Transcribe! is a program that I like, since you can create loops as well as adjust the tempo and tuning easily for transcription or playing along.

Darbuka by Wizoo rules. It's a plug-in that does Arabic percussion very well.
It seems Wizoo was acquired by M-Audio which was acquired by Digidesign which was acquired by Avid, and who knows what happened to Darbuka.

Spartan,
If you are not able to make your own loops, list the required rhythms and tempos here and perhaps one of the members with the Wizoo Darbuka VST, or
some other method of making loops, will come to your rescue.
