Hello all,
I've just started teaching oud at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London and I'm looking for ouds for my students.
They don't need to be fancy but, of good quality and good for students to learn on. Like the beginner's ouds made by Ibrahim Sukkar, for example.
The price also needs to be reasonable for beginner students i.e. around £200 including case.
If you have any for sale, please email me: ka16[at]soas.ac.uk
I'll keep checking here regularly anyway, but I just thought I'd put the word out.
Although I don't participate in the forum discussions I read a lot here. It's a great source of info for all of us.
Many thanks,
Khyam

Hello Khyam, I have an Iraqi (Munir Bashir) style oud for sale. It's by Michael Moussa and is a good quality instrument in very good condition. I've
been asking £375 for it but I could reduce that though not to 200. If interested please email me at davidchatterley@btinternet.com By the way I also
have an Iranian tonbak for sale if you know anybody who wants one. best wishes david (ps oud is in Hertfordshire UK)
