I am posting this on behalf of member John Erlich.
The attached audio file is almost 5 minutes in duration, so I had to reduce the quality considerably and convert the file to 'm4a' format.
For those faced with the same dilemma (the file size limit of 1 MB), I recommend the free application "Format Factory". It may be downloaded from http://www.pcfreetime.com/
