Erkan Ogur and Ishmail Demircioglu playing in London at the Union Chapel in Islington on Sunday evening (20th March) at 7pm. Should be a great gig -
I'll be there, I saw him some years ago and he is quite a musical phenomena.
They are supported by the Shekoyokh Klezmer Ensemble who sound brilliant also.

Wow! I'm feeling a little jealous here (on the US West Coast). One of their recordings, "Gülün Kokusu Vardı," is my very favorite recording of
Middle Eastern folk music. Enjoy the concert!
