Are there any oud tutors in Seattle?

You could try Stephen Elaimy (http://www.houseoftarab.com/Bio_Stephen.asp), Stephen's teacher Maurice Roman, or Kane Mathis (http://www.kanemathis.com/Kane_Mathis/Home.html). Dr. Oud (http://www.droud.com/), Richard Hankey in Vancouver, WA probably knows the area's oud scene well.
There is a Persian oud master in Vancouver, BC: http://www.behroozinia.com/
Good luck,
John

Gord G'rdina is a very talented oud player in Vancouver.
Look him up on the net - should be easy to find as he is a well known player in the Canadian music scene.
He might know.
