wow, that second clip really is stunning. top notch violin! and the qanun is great, and so of course is the oud (great playing and great floating

When I was in Egypt and Syria two years ago I mostly listened to just the Sayed Darwesh album by the Beirut Ensemble on my mp3 player, beautiful!
