any clue about this oud?

I found this oud for selling
The seller says only that it is a turkish one, and that he's in good state.
I didn't talk with the seller yet, but I wanted to ask you guys what do you think about it? I don't if it seems old or if it's the varnish thats makes the face look like this, any idea?
