Hi ramahi,
for what can be deduced from video,
I think it is a good oud.
Balanced sound with great sutain.
The aesthetic is as beautiful as the tradition of Fadi Matta.
But why do you want to separate from it?
How is the action?

I have two professional ouds now, one of them is this one posted here and the other one is a Bashiri style oud. After few months I have found out that
I prefer to play the latter one with the floating bridge and have left Fadi Matta's oud just as a fabulous souvenir but then I thought that it would
be unfair for such a great oud from someone as great as Fadi Matta. so I am sure someone will be lucky to have this oud and play to enjoy!

By the way, the oud is so good....the tone is loud, clear and warm at the same time. If I had $1300 I would buy it like a shot..................

I have been playing oud for about 6 years only. I have decided last year to try learning how to play a Guitar, I have found it quite easy to know the
positions and scales on the guitar but the techniques are totally different which makes it hard to learn when you are already used to use techniques
on a certain instruments. Of course people are different with different capabilities so probably others might find it easier or more difficult.
in anyway, i hope you will have a successful journey with learning how to play the oud. I know that teachers from middle east go to USA from time to
time to conduct intensive courses for a month or two. you might to follow those.

I am located in the Kingdom of Bahrain, I live and work there.
If someone is interested in this oud he/she will need to pay for the transportation.
I have purchased this oud with a soft case but I have a spare hard case that can be used.
