you might find some in lebanon but it is illegal to cut them down and the ones that die they use them for carving sculptures

My question was where can i find cedar of lebanon...
I know that these trees are protected... I am looking for cedar of lebanon for cretan lyras tops and for other musical instruments!!
I am looking for a long time but i only found from United Kingdom.. It was klin dryed and the grains were not so vertical to the blanks...
