After much soul searching I've decided to sell my mandole, which was made by well known mandolin-family instrument maker Walt Kuhlman, in order to
purchase an oud. As probably most of you know, it's very hard to find one of these in the US - the instrument and I live in New Mexico. I popped a
string - it's set up for ten. Otherwise it's in mint condition. Mahogany sides and back, spruce top. Asking $1400.
I'm having a lot of difficulty uploading images...plenty available on request.

I might also consider a trade for an oud of equal value, preferably Armenian style.
