Hi there,
I have a Fathy Amin oud for sale that I bought from someone on this forum, a couple of years ago. He brought it to the UK from Egypt in order to sell
it, so as far as I'm aware, I was the first owner. It's a lovely instrument with a warm sound but I just bought an Iraqi oud and I can't afford to
keep both! I can't read Arabic but I think there's a chance it could be made by Fathy Amin's son as there's a picture of an older and a younger man on
the label inside. However, I don't want to suggest I was duped by the guy who sold it to me, I'm just guessing. It's certainly a really nice sounding
and looking instrument so I've nothing to hide there!
You can hear it on this clip:

I am NOT an oud player per se and I'm sure my ego would suffer a terrible blow under the criticism of a genuine player but you can at least hear the
sound!
I'd ask £400 for it, including a good quality soft case. I'm based in London, UK. I'm not sure this could be posted/shipped, unless a buyer had any
ideas about how to do this.
There's one picture attached and some here:

Stuart
