I'm Looking for a decent Oud to buy. reasonable price and from
the USA. I'm not an expert on the types and quality so i would appreciate the advise, the help and something that is of a good
quality.

One should look around a bit before asking questions. A forum who's active for a decade has tons of FAQ like this.
Just drop in OUD FAQ THREAD above and read. You'll get all the information needed.

It may help to tell us where you are located in the US.
There may be a few of us close to where you are and you could go try some ouds and get informed with some oud facts before purchasing one...
