This can be expensive!
I managed to get a copy from SOAS.

(This can also be expensive as well but it only has 21 notations but contains the full Turkish text of Cantemir's treatise containing descriptions of maqamat and usul etc).

This one has 50 compositions, 1-22 are from the Collection of Notations, the others, 23-50 are from other written and oral sources.

I just realised that Yalcin Tura completed the notations in the 2001 version.
(I have the 1976 one).
