What are some famous or popular pieces or songs in Maqam Hijaz in maqsum/baladi/saidi and malfuf (4/4, 2/4) rhythms.
I would love to hear your favorites or any recommendations of good pieces to learn or listen to.

Hijaz is a popular maqam , so there are plenty of beautiful pieces
Zeina & Khatwit Habibi (M.A. Wahab) are great, various changes in rythmic styles also .
Raqsat Al Jammal (Farid El Atrashe)
Fog El Nakhal
There should be more ofcourse
