If any one knows about Kanuns in this forum
I have a kanun almost about 50 years old it belonged to late player Abdel Hamid Sabra. The kanun was made by Rabea Sharaf of Cairo. I wanted to ask
members if they can tell me how much it's worth. It's one of a kind and the sound is magical though I don't play kanun or know how to tune it.
This kanun played with almost every singer form 50's to 90's in the Arab world
