If you are talking about that one fixed to the upper sound hole, for me that mic looks like a DPA (Danish Pro Audio). They make attachable mics for
all kinds of instruments. My friend and colleague Muneer B. Fennell uses one on his cello and this is the best mic for cello I have ever encountered.
DPA is a very professional microphone maker of highest quality mics. But they are all but cheap. You must be prepared to spend something around 500
Euro.
The two ones that are symmetrical on the bout, they seem to be Audio Technica piezzo pick ups.
