I recall a long time ago listening to a particular piece of Naseer Shamma's playing which I liked very much.
However, I can't seem to find it anymore on YouTube no matter how much I vary the search terms I put in.
After almost an hour of searching, I did find a clip of Naseer Shamma in the very same concert and clothes as in the clip that I recall him playing
the piece that I'm searching for (yes, I remember what kind of clothes he was wearing )
If anyone could name the concert, the place or even have/found more video's of him playing in that same concert, I'd appreciate it very much. Marcus - 1-11-2015 at 11:43 PM
That one is very close to the one I'm searching for! I recall him starting the piece by playing with one hand as well.
It's the same maqam as well I think.
