Due to health issues, I regretfully am playing less oud and have decided to sell my Nazih Ghadban, his 'Sada El Rouh' Model #1136.
Nazih made these ouds to have 13 strings, tuned from low to high:
C,FF,AA,DD,gg,cc,ff
Some of the specs include the bowl is made of alternating Lebanese dark walnut and Indian rosewood, soundboard of Engleman Spruce, pegbox of walnut,
58.5 scale, width of fingerboard at nut 43mm, French polish (gomme- lacque) finish.
On some of the Sada El Rouh models Nazih used a unique pegbox design, which is on the model I have. The pegbox is shorter and the pegs are in two
levels. It is no heavier than a 'normal' style pegbox, and in no way interferes with playing. You can see the unique pegbox in the photos in the link
below.
These are photos when the oud was brand new. Scroll down to my name Matthew Warman to see the oud:

The oud is now 8 years old, and of course is not in as prisitine a condition, it has the odd scratch or nick here and there but any scratches or nicks
are purely superficial and cosmetique; the oud is as sturdy as the day it was made.
A few years ago I found myself gigging with a band and had 4 K&K under the top of soundboard transducers professionally installed and an endpin
jack so I could amplify the oud from inside, as well as use an external mic. I will send photos of how it looks with the endpin jack to anyone who is
interested in a possible purchase, along wth other information and answer any questions. Any 'purist' could easily have the endpin jack removed and
the hole filled.
The oud comes with Nazih's rectangular black hard case, in good condition, and also a khaki Khalaf Oud soft gig bag which are some of the best oud gig
bags I've seen, last seen selling for $250 each. The Khalaf gig bag comes ONLY with collections in UK.
All in all the oud is in great playing condition. I'm asking £1200 for fast sale. Anyone living in UK could come over and see the oud, play the oud,
and see for him/herself what this oud is all about. Thanks
Anyone interested in this oud please email me at <matthwarm@gmail.com>
peace and love

At this time a couple of people have expressed interest in the oud who are based in UK, but have not come forward to see the oud etc.
If anyone outside the UK might be interested, please email me at the email address given above. thanks
