Is this an acceptable transcription?

I have been trying to find a good, clear copy of Targan's farahfaza samai with no luck. I have transcribed it in Noteflight, however, the software seems to have problems with the rhythm and links a lot of the notes together. I am citing this for a uni piece, would it acceptable for such?

I would expect the beaming to follow the 3+2:2+3 pattern. It looks messy having all the notes separated like that.

This is what I get, transcribing it into ABC. (ABC is too limited for Middle Eastern music, with no microtones, but it handles this as you've written it).

This is a bit low-res but it's all there (Turkish pitch):

Had you found that?

"Cleaner" Turkish score here: http://neyzenahmetkaya.com/nota-arsivi/saz-eserleri-2/

click: "Ferahfeza Saz Semaisi"

I tried to post it as a JPEG and then as a PDF attachment, but it exceeds the Forum's size limits. :(
