It is with deep sadness that I announce the loss of a Great Oud maker and friend Rabih Haddad, (02/07/1967 - 10/09/2018) who had passed away this
morning in Zahlé, Lebanon.
My sincere condolences to the family, friends and all the Oud lovers.
A Master that never stopped to dream, always believed in good vibes. That's how he succeed to make wonderful instruments to many lucky musicians all
over the world, among them the Giant Wadih El Safi.
I met Rabih few times as we have a common dream, and last message we had was couple of days ago, talking about the future, taking some measurements,
asking me to send him walnut wood and more...
Until the last second he was fighting to keep the string vibrate.
Through his art and generosity he will stay alive for ever!
I will miss his positivity.
May his soul rest in peace.
