An Egyptian friend sent this oud to me for repair, another victim of shipping damage. Two big cracks nearly the entire length of the back, the pegbox
loose and a hairline crack in the soundboard. This maker is new to me but my friend says it's the most sought aftee oud in egypt and i can see why.
The workmanship is superb, the design is elegant and the sound is awesome
