Buzuq Frets

I'm wondering why do Buzuq have nylon strings used for frets rather than metal frets that is used in Greek Bouzouki?

Any where I can find the measurements to place these frets that contain the quarter tone? C-G-C

The position of the microtones differs in different musical cultures and the position within each culture varies according to maqam. Frets that can slide allow the player to adjust to the musical situation. Metal frets are not easily moved without time and skill. As to where the soft frets get moved, that is adjusted by ear. Greek bouzouki used to have gut or silk frets, just like the Arab buzuq. When the music changed to conform to the western European harmonic system, metal frets were then used.
