harmonic seventh (7/4)

Hi. Does anyone know something about the use of the harmonic seventh in traditional music ? (it is to say the ratio 7/4).

I've never heard this interval in turkish, arab or indian music...

I found almost nothing on the internet about that topic, I'd be curious to hear this interval in traditional music... on the oud, it sounds pretty nice
