I don't know about the book in the video, but you can find a good transcription of Karimi radif here:
It's transcribed for the Nay by Siamak Jahangiri who is a Nay virtuoso in a 3 part book collection. Books come with CDs.

Mahoor institute has his whole vocal Radif and several versions for other instruments. You should be able to follow the version for Nay mentioned in
previous post, as well as the version for Santur. Ketab.com may have these in the US at
reasonable prices (I got the hardback Santur version), otherwise Musicianshop can get them for you ... there is also a CD set with Setar or Santur
