I've never seen those strings before... where are they from?
Was your Oud on sale online? Maybe they ripped off the sales image

OMG that is just crazy I guess it is because your oud is so pretty that
it is worthy of being printed on the packaging (it is one nice looking oud). But seriously though. What are the odds of that! it has to be your exact
oud due to that rosette damage?
