Can anyone translate it?

The script is Arabic script so I can make out the pronunciation and the language is Ottoman Turkish, so whilst I cannot translate everything there are
a lot of loanwords between Ottoman Turkish and Arabic so I'll be able to give you some basic indications:
The top says something about musical instruments (probably indicating the function of his workshop of selling and maintaining instruments)
The name of the maker in the middle and enlarged: Kroger Keheya (although the spelling must be drastically different in modern Turkish)
And below is an address: Istanbul - followed by more specifics, I was able to make out: Murjan Bogoshdah.

Thanks for your help.
Cengiz Sarikus told me that the oud is from Armenian luthier from Istanbul Krikor kahyayan (1875-1933).
