Wow! That's definitely the most expensive oud I've heard of! I feel as though I've seen the oud before, though... perhaps on another website, just for
display? Am I just imagining things? Regardless... $25000... I hope he'd pay for the buyer to fly out to try it first

Does anybody happen to know where Manol learned oud making from? Also, I know that not all of the ouds that came out of Manol's shop were actually by
Manolis Venios. Is it possible to distinguish this by the label? I have never played a Manol, but have been fortunate to have been able to see and
hold a couple, and the whole story of Manol, and the luthiers he trained, really has my interest. Was there ever any significant biographical info on
Manol published? How many of his ouds have survived?
