Nice picture. What type of 3ood do you have? and who is the maker?
Also the same for the one with Mr. Makhoul. Just curious. Your ouds look very very nice.

My oud was first owned by Sameer.The oud was made in Nazareth,but i don't know the name of the maker...
The oud of Sameer in the picture was made by abu ala in Bakah el gharbya,in Israel.
The picture was taken when we performed a duo of the samai shahnaz of nikolaki in my school of music.

It could also be a Haddad oud too. Same maker who made Taiseer Elias' and Haytham Safia's ouds. Either way, very lovely my friend.

I play like this too...i dont reverse the strings.And if you ask me i think its the most natural thing in the world...especially for right-handed
people (!!!)
