OK, I admit I am not all that computer savvy, but I am having a tough time with this. If I want to convert a cd track to mp3, and have it small enough to post on thisboard, is polderbit the way to go? The file seems to remain way too large. Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

Most burning software (like Nero) come with converters, ripping cds to iso, mp3 or wma. But one of the best editors is cool-edit, which has a lot of functions, inclduing size reduction. If you deal with audio a lot, it's a good investment. You can buy the old editions for your purposes.

Thanks! I just figured out I could do it with ITunes, as well. Thanks a lot!
