Hi,
I have the cassette version. It is not available on Maqam.com, Rashid.com, or ArabicMusicDirect.com. If it can't be bought anywhere, I would be
willing to make a copy of my cassette.
Let me know.
Best,
John "Udi Yohanan" Erlich

Thanks man, I have got the cassette myself but it didn't come out as I wanted it when converting to CD. I even contacted the production company but
they wouldn't send me a copy... A while ago, someone in this forum has sold "Marah" CD, that's why I thought I could get somebody to sell it to
me...
Thank you so much for your help, I appreciate it...

I went back and listened to "Marah" again. I remembered why I have never listened to it--or Charbel Rouhana's "Salamat"--very much. I feel that
most of the the Lebanese East-West "fusion" music recordings lack "tarab." I can't say I love the music of Bustan Abraham or East-West Ensemble, but
I feel there is something more natural and "organic" (for lack of a better word) in their attempts to mix Western music with Middle Eastern music.
For what it's worth...
Best,
Udi John
