Hello, I am looking for a teacher/mentor to help me learn how to play Oud. I live in the Toronto/ North York region...i am trying to learn on my own
but as all of you know that is quite tough and furstrating..

George Sawa lives in toronto; he can teach you Arabic music but he's a qanun player. I'm not sure whether he plays oud. He would know if there's an
oud teacher around, though.
