I have never seen a bowl with such an unusual base. That must have taken some very serious rib bending (or carving?)

I presume this is Egyptian, do you know who made it?

yeah...i saw quite a few ouds at his flat when i was there. many of them had this design on the bottom of the oud. that's all. ;) mabrouk...looking forward to hearing it emad.
