I just recently purchased an electric oud from a a builder named Forshage in Texas. His work is super clean. I once played the Najarian E-2000 and I
found this instrument to sound better and, more importantly to have better electronics. It has a B-Band ribbon transducer and preamp. All of the
electronics are hidden within the oud. If you look at the pic of the back of it, you will see a removable back panel. I have played it at live

Strings aren't like natural ouds nylon and wound ??
Can you hang it on you for playing standing ?

Actualy these strings look like Aquilas nylgut oud strings.
