Very nice oud made by master craftsman Maurice Shehata of Egypt . Excellent condition. Not used much. Padouk back with ebony fingerboard, pickguard,
tuning pegs and accents and not sure which wood used for the top. Looks like cedar or spruce. Includes deluxe hard case, 2 soft case gig bags, 6
rishas and a set of strings. I am the second owner. I purchased it from a local San Francisco musician after being seduced by the music of Munir
Bachir. I dreamed to learn to play that way but haven't made the time to do it so I am selling this beauty. You may have seen his post here for this
same oud a few years ago. I don't have a sound file. Even if I did my playing would hurt your ears. You all know the reputation of Shehata Ouds.
$600 + shipping is a steal, unless you want to ship it half way around the world. Thanks for looking. Mike in San Francisco.
This Oud is sold.

Shehata's ouds get solled in no time ! ! !
I am woundering why? Is it the price factor? or the quality of the ouds? or both ?

Whoever purchased this oud got a hell of a deal. Shehatas are usually priced higher than this, especially with these specifications.
