Does anybody happen to have the Turkish lyrics to the above 2 songs.
Tin Tin (Tini Mini Hanim?)
Ekinim Harmonim Yok might be one of those Turkish American songs--I don't know. Marko Melkon sang it, but I don't know who wrote it.
It goes sort of like this:
Ekinim Harmonim Yok
Ellim Defder Manim Yok
I don't know Turkish, so that could be way off.
Thanks

hi jonathan,
"şeftali ağaçları" (peach trees) seems to be the official name for the song you called tin tin tini mini hanim. it is claimed to be a
song from sinop, a western black sea town. (i was surprised to see that it is a folk song actually. i thought it was a "kanto" from early 20th
century). i couldn't find the other song unfortunately.
şeftali ağaçları
türlü çiçek başları
yaktı yandırdı beni
yarin hilal kaşlan
tin tin tini mini hanım
seni seviyor canım
bahçelerde kereviz
biz kereviz yemeyiz
bize sinoplu derler
biz güzeli severiz
tin tin tini mini hanım
seni seviyor canım
bahçelerde ıtrışah
boyu uzun kendi şah
iki gönül bir olsa
ayıramaz padişah
tin tin tini mini hanım
seni seviyor canım
