I've been using a Micro Amp preamp with spot transducers from Stew-Mack (just like K&K but cheaper) but it's not meeting my needs. It's a straight
booster with only a gain control so I'm looking for something with EQ and a phase switch. So the choise is LR Baggs Micro EQ or a Fishman Pro EQ.
Anybody have experiece with tese and have an opinion?

I use a Fishman Pro EQ with a mini-micro AKG C411 and i am very satisfied with the sound i get. 5band equalizer with big sensitivity, notch filter
(anti-feedback) and a lot of power. A Pro is that it uses a XLR balanced output. The only thing it doesnt have is the option of a reverb to make the
sound a bit smoother.
My opinion is that you test these 2 preamps too.The first is the BOSS AD-5(http://www.bosscorp.co.jp/products/en/AD-5/) and the second is Fishman AURA (aura uses sound images of acoustic guitars recorded with the most
expensive mics in studio quality here is the website with audio and video samples http://www.fishmanaura.com/) .
