Do you know guys where I could buy a turkish oud here in Israel? If somebody in Israel has one and sell it, I could be interested as well. I just
can't buy an expensive one. I want to buy it so as to play with friend cause playing all the time on the arabic oud with a capo is not that nice.

Shalom to all and shalom lekha Sammy!
What do you mean by "J town": Jerusalem. In the shuq are there really instruments? I thought this is only decoration stuff, that you can't play with.
100 bucks for a syrian oud sounds crazy! What do you mean by up north? What about the bedouins: I'm living in Beer Sheva but didn't find a oud in the
shuq ha badawi.
I would be glad to get more info! Toda! Benjamin
