One of my favorite poets in modern times, Ahmad Fouad Negm, is visiting Canada soon.
I am sure that we have plenty of talent around that spot of beautiful Canada. Your help would be most appreciated.

listen, Ahmad Fouad Najm is coming here - there will be an evening of poetry in Ottawa (and others in Montreal and Toronto). I was wondering if you
knew any players here who are half as good as your daughter! you know, they could provide some background and probably play a piece of 2 of Imam's
music.

In Ottawa there are few oudists maybe 3 of them I know are verry good. So I could ask them if Iam not able to do it. But I would be verry happy to
help you Hatem, Samir, and mr Nejm.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough information about the event. I also lost all my contacts in Canada since I moved down to the US 12 years ago.
However, I do suggest to contact Samir Azar and Samir Nassif for details.
I also hope that a network will be established to help the success of this event.

Al Fagoumi represents an interesting era in Egypt's modern history.
he might be unsophesticated to the point of crudeness. However, his exceptional talent documenting that era made him an icon in modern times.
