Is anyone famillier with a turkish oud maker called coskun or koskun?
Is it true that lot of luthiers aren't known in the internet but are known in their own country?

Do you know about the quality and price range of his ouds?

I visited their workshop in Istanbul. Classic Ouds are around 1000$. Beautiful work.
