I would like to know the dimensions of the different Nays...
is there someone who would have this information.
Or someone that has a nay Set and is willing to take some mesurements for me.
I would need the following dimentions for the 7 main Nays.
1- Diameter (width of the hole)
2- Lenght
3- Distance from the ege to the different holes.
Iam experimenting making some out of PVC and so I would appreciate the INFO.

Hi Samir, I've made a few nays from pvc & been looking all over for my plans but can't find them, packed away in a box somewhere, but here are the
measurements taken directly off my D ney, (all holes closed = C ) Firstly the pvc : O.D. 20 mm : I.D. 16 mm : length 610 mm : holes 8 mm : hole
positions from bottom of tube : 1) 84 mm : 2) 112 mm : 3) 135 mm : 4) 175 mm : 5) 202 mm : 6) 228 mm : thumb hole) 311 mm. - hope this helps, good

my reed nays:
1)540mm:length.12mm:interior diametre.8mm:hole diameter;position:332/352/372//420/442/464 at 12:00and 260mm at 05:00.
2)500mm:length.12mm interior diametre.8mm:hole diameter;position:306/327/348//385/405/425 at 12:00and245mm at 05:00.

my theory is that you divide the nay into 26 parts.
the holes will be from bottom: 4/26, 5/26, 6/26, 8/26, 9/26, 10/26
and the thumb hole will be of course 13/26.
Is this correct?
